About Rebecca Hanley

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, including advanced lending and escrow operations, Rebecca Hanley has the skill to alleviate the feelings of overwhelm often associated with intricate transactions, replacing them instead with ecstatic joy and excitement. With honesty, transparency, and professionalism, she’s helped buyers achieve goals of homeownership they once thought impossible. She’s also used her sensitivity and compassion to guide grieving clients through transactions after losing loved ones, ensuring their needs were met every step of the way. Over the years, she's worked extensively with REOs, foreclosures, commercial investments, and even vacant land sales. Real estate has always been more than a career for this kind, yet diligently focused agent. It’s a calling.

Born and raised in Lancaster, Rebecca has called the Antelope Valley her home for over 40 years. Her father worked in the area as a real estate broker while her mother worked in escrow. Needless to say, the hot topic at the dinner table was always real estate. After attending Bible School, Rebecca enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, majoring in Interior Design. She first began her real estate career at the age of 19, starting as a receptionist at a brokerage before moving into lending the next year. Other than a break she took to raise her family in 2009, Rebecca has spent all of her life immersed in the real estate industry.

Family is integral to Rebecca, so she cherishes spending quality time with her husband and girls. She also keeps her faith central to her lifestyle, volunteering at her church as well as a variety of local non-profit organizations. With what little time she has left over, she enjoys touring California’s beautiful wine country, hiking, camping, and, most recently, engaging in an occasional game of pickleball.
